KAATSUReviews of kaatsu.com

My age is 88. I incorporated KAATSU into my daily exercise routine, and started watching the Q & A Webinars on KAATSU-GLOBAL a little over 10 months ago. The more I use KAATSU, and the more I learn from the Webinars, the more enthusiastic I become about the benefits of Dr. Kato's program. I recently started using a pair of the new B2 leg bands with their attached controllers. Compared to the B1 leg bands I was using, the B2 leg bands' new features are truly beneficial, especially the more powerful compressors. Having personally communicated with management at KAATSU-GLOBAL I have witnessed first hand how businesslike, courteous, accommodating, anxious to keep their customers happy, I have found these gentlemen to be As well as how strongly they stand behind their products. All in all I consider KAATSU-GLOBAL to be a FIRST CLASS OPERATION from top to bottom. Bruce Crampton

There was a problem hitting and maintaining pressure that was resolved by unlocking and relocking all of the components.

I’ve been using KAATSU for 6 months or so. Have been incredibly impressed with the muscle gains. As a 63 year old woman, I found it time consuming to maintain muscle. With KAATSU, I’ve broken the plateau I sat at for many months. Expensive, but totally worth the money. Good customer support as well. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a solution that can raise the bar to an entirely different level with your health, wellness, fitness, and performance, look no more as KAATSU is the answer. I have been into health and fitness all my life and I have never had such incredible results in such a short time. At 62 years young I have tried almost everything including running, lifting, circuit training, yoga, palates, cross fit, boxing, and MMA to name just a few. The way I feel after a KAATSU workout, the pump in the muscle, the results are unsurpassed. If you’re ready to soar to new heights and reach your full potential, then KAATSU is for you.

Kaatsu is now part of my daily life. I am using Kaatsu to turn around painful legs and swelling as well as creating muscle mass. I have seen a huge turn around with the above as well as Raynaud's. Thank you so much for your biweekly youtube Q & A as well as one on one support.

I began using KAATSU C3 in mid-February 2023 after watching Dr. Mercola's videos on building muscles and how difficult it is for those over 55 to do. KAATSU has been and is the answer for me to build muscle, maintain muscle, continuing to improve my balance, and increase blood flow. At age 70 plus this is an amazing accomplishment. KAATSU

I love the educational Tuesday/Thursday sessions. I have the C3 and have recommended it to several friends. Kaatsu is a wonderful tool and I will continue to use it regularly expecting continued benefits. Thanks, Ruthie Fine

I use Kaatsu to help me get through two physically grueling times of the year: planting garlic & harvesting garlic. Those are extremely intense, demanding weeks, one period of a few weeks in the fall & the other early summer. If I were not using Kaatsu throughout the rest of the year to stay in shape those 4000 bulbs would be pretty tough to manage (I know, I have been farming garlic longer than I have had Kaatsu). I’m very grateful this allows me to work at this level as over 90% of my work is by hand, with broad fork, shovel and horihori knife. Garlic isn’t the only crop I grow but it is the most intense. On a side note, Kaatsu kept me going when I had round-the-clock care of a family member after open heart surgery for many months.
