Every use feels like I am getting stronger in some way, whether it's through physical strength or a healthier metabolism. I am noticing the faster recovery and better sleep that is always mentioned in videos or podcasts. Other than the product itself, the crew at KAATSU has been very helpful with answering questions and providing useful information online.

Construction of bands engineered to fail. The white plastic connection piece snaps easily. do not work out with these on! replacement for 2 leg bands close to 200$. Nightmare! Wish someone would buy the company. Plus the sales remind me of many old scams, soap companies, book of the month. The science and research on this product is good. It works. The sideshow is a mean mean joke

I had two bands that popped on me, but the customer service was excellent in resolving the problem. I use my bands after workout and they work amazingly well. Would highly recommend this product!

Kaatsu helping me recover faster with my recently knee surgery. Now i can't live without Kaatsu. Customer service lady Claire is wonderful and i'm listening to Mr Steven webinars.It is very helpul. I love Kaatsu and wish if the Kaatsu B2 is cheaper so I can buy more for myself :-)) in case if mine broken but i understand B2 is expensive because the datas and all the investment years that Kaatsu has been done. I know you get what you pay for... In the meantime I handle my B2 very careully . Kaatsu is worth it for my health and i hope my Kaatsu will last 4ever ;-))))

Quality well made. Looks like it should last awhile if taken care of properly. I can exercise now with lighter weights (72 years old) and still get the same intense workout benefit (you can feel-sense as well as by sweating). I often wear alternating arm bands and leg bands doing household chores. Working out subconsciously. It's a little spendy, but I used a credit card that offers interest free over 12 mos which really helps (would be nice if KAATSU offered financing with say, 5% simple interest over 12/24 mos. I bet they would sell a lot more units, plus earn enough "capital rent" to pay for administrative costs).

I had already been working on myself with some stretches and resistance band physio exercises, recovering from some injuries. KAATSU helped me build muscle way faster and get myself looking and feeling way more ripped. People commenting, "have you been working out?" Just a bit really but KAATSU is so effective that a little workout goes a long way!
