Extremely frustrated
Extremely frustrated. I was in contact before Christmas because my scooter just won’t turn on. It worked fine and to charged it from using it that day. When I unplugged it to use it the next morning it wouldn’t turn on. It says it’s fully charged when I plug it in but the screen doesn’t turn on. Lights nothing. Suddenly they don’t reply. They don’t call back. Nothing. I am under warranty and I just want my scooter fixed. This is ridiculous and I’m losing my patients. I’ve been a customer for years and now this. December 9th was the last time they replied. I have tried sending emails using different ones even to try and get a reply. Nothing. I’m not happy in any way shape or form as this is now costing me MONEY!

Improvements need to be made when shipping parts.
Overall, really excellent scooter. But when it comes to customer service and parts, not really that great, for example the part i was sent was the right part but the problem was I was missing a olive, or coupling on the end of the hose that goes into the brake lever on the handle bars, so not only did I have a hard time finding a coupling to fit the hose but I could not fit it on the hose to spite the coupling I bought being the same size as the factory coupling installed on the scooter. So when I finally got the coupling on the hose now the brake switch or lever on handlebar leaks all the time and i can't get a proper seal. Because the part I was shipped didn't not have the factory coupling already installed on it please fix.

My experience after unboxing
Ordered 2 Scooters’s for me and my brother and mine came out of the box with zero issues, absolutely love it, but my brothers scooter is gonna need some tuning/tinkering with to get it to work properly, other than that this scooter is a beast! Has me scared at 35mph

Not that it's your fault but my mailman…
Not that it's your fault but my mailman was throwing my package up in the air and drops my package right in front of me and I noticed that maybe they can be packaged a Lil better maybe with bubble wrap so idiots like mail man dont break product upon arrival...

On my Wolf King
On my Wolf King, the brakes are very loose and lose pressure even after filling brake fluid properly. I do not have a leak anywhere so I haven't been able to fix it. I also bought a Mantis, preowned, and that battery is not lasting long at all. They are very fun to ride, I just wish everything worked well when I got them.

Over all the king gt pro is a good…
Over all the king gt pro is a good scooter. It is very stable and easy to operate. It is fast. What is disappointing is the suspension. For $3000 usd i would expect at bare minimum a semi adjustable suspension. Online the it boast 100+ miles of range. In single wheel mode, on and off dual mode at 40mph im get 25 miles per charge. For a few hundred dollars extra, I should have bought the gtr. Over all ita a good scooter.

Scooter came with scratches on the…
Scooter came with scratches on the handlebars and the front forks. Talked to someone in support who said they would ship out at least new handlebar grips but never happened.
