This is my first order and the ordering experience was top notch. Christine was most helpful and gave great information! I even got a code for a great discount! I’ll definitely be back to review after I use the product.

I have two dogs, two cats and two kids… the laundry struggle is real! Recently my washer has been smelling off- I’ve tried many treatments to remedy, with no great leaps until today. On the FIRST use of K9clean pets and it’s like my washer is brand new again!! I’m so impressed with the change already! I’d highly recommend. I will be going back for more. :)

Received what is usually an automated text after I placed my first order — it was from a REAL person (also coincidentally named Valerie which makes her awesome from the start). She was lovely, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air in these times when everything is AI. I have not received the product yet but she deserves a shout out now. I will come back once I’ve cleaned out my washer to update- if the quality of their customer service is an indication of the quality of their product, I anticipate being very happy!

On just the first try we noticed a pretty big difference in the way our laundry came out smelling. With 2 cats who shed constantly, we really needed this product to stay on top of our washer’s cleanliness and potential odors. Very happy with it so far.

Product is doing what it says it does. Less hair left on dogs sheets and blankets and drum is clean.
