Great Customer Service
The product is great and so is their customer service. I decided to terminate my subscription just bc I had to much and I honestly don’t like subscriptions. They took care of an order that supposedly was about to ship and refunded me. Great customer service and I will definitely be purchasing again when I am ready.

The product works very well
The product works very well. I did not realize I wouldn’t be able to use it on a lot of my clothing and pet items. It does work well on the actual washing machine. The company worked with me to cancel my subscription.

Probably the best Customer Service I’ve…
Probably the best Customer Service I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I can’t wait to get all the Pet hair off of my clothing! I will absolutely be doing business with this company and I recommend them to anybody

Great product and Customer service!
This really worked great on clothes and my dogs blankets and cleaning my washer. The customer service is remarkable which is rare these days. I recommend their product highly.

Great product and customer service
Customer service responded quickly to my question and resolved my issue with complete followthrough. I love the product and just needed some adjusting to the delivery dates and they accomplished this for me. I even plan to include a sample in my adult kids Christmas stockings as they both have dogs!

Exceptional Customer Service and Support
Great company who were extremely responsive and helpful when I had an issue (through my own misunderstanding) regarding my order. The product is great, but the over the top customer service and support is what is, truly, unique and impressive.
