Great customer service. Contacted company to suspend my subscription. They were able to cancel the order that they were preparing to send to me and refund me the money for it. Their response and their action was very prompt.

I got this product because we have 13 dogs at my house, daily. Not all live here but might as well. Daughter has 9 miniaussies and we have 4 German shorthairs and one Boston terrier. Washer broke and when repairman came it was all gunned up. Got K9 Clean, used it as a tub cleaner several times. What a transformation! Shiny new and fresh! Remarkable.

The Customer Service Team at K9Clean Pets goes above and beyond to support customers. I highly recommend them and their products. I recently lost my fur baby, and had to cancel my subscription order. The team was so kind and considerate to me. It really means a lot as I struggle with my loss.

I needed to cancel my AutoShip and a recent order, as I had quite a stock of the product in my laundry room. The company was very responsive and helped me resolve this problem. I will continue to use the product and will order more when I run out.
