In January 2023 I bought them a ticket to travel from Chile to Atlanta and from Atlanta to Miami; We could not use it because my nephew was going to use it and in Delta Airlines policies, they say that the ticket must be purchased by the same person who is going to travel. After having made contact with Delta Airlines, they tell me that the 100% refund of the ticket was made to the intermediary company K2 TICKETS. Today is February 28, 2023 and it has been impossible for me to get my money back, I have sent emails, I have called by phone and I have not been able to get my money back, just like Delta Airlines will return it to them. I do not recommend them at all
