I first sent notification of an issue with my order on October 3rd 2026. My front two rainguards didn't fit (not curved properly) but the rear pieces did. I was very diplomatic, offering to keep the rear pieces (which were straight & did fit) & return the front pieces for a half refund. Over the course of the next two weeks, they had me do multiple photoshoots to prove that the front two pieces didn't fit & after all that hassle they still refused to give me a refund. I'm absolutely livid they had me dancing around like a monkey wasting the little time I have for such a meager sum of money. I hope it's worth it to them to permanently lose a customer (me), in addition to anyone else smart enough to read this review.

The seats are nice. The stitching is good and the seats are comfortable and well made. They shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Installed one today, doing the other one tomorrow

i had ordered a bumper from K2 and when it arrived after freight and everything to alaska, being in the military took away time from being able to work on my project car and once i started to mock up the bumper i bought i was greeted with the WORST FITMENT POSSIBLE it was 2 inches too wide and missing material that covers below the headlights i will never be purchasing from them again and after asking for a refund or a diffrent bumper they refused me, THEY PROMISE 100% fitment and that each and every bumper is fitted before it ships clearly the one i received was not cause anyone could have seen the issue with the bumper prior to shipment. K2 YOU HAVE DISAPPOINTED ME and i hope others listen and are cautious shopping with you!

Ordered two very small parts. Delivery time has been much longer than I expected. One part was delivered in six days, and came in a huge box. The other part remains in transit from overseas. If the parts work, as I hope they will, the product experience will be worth the wait.

I was told up front my order was custom order. I selected the cheaper shipping time and a 3 month wait. That given,bi was still nervous as this was my first time ordering from K2. That said, they promptly responded to every email and remained engaged the entire time. The product arrived as expected and met my high quality standards. Im am not compensated or rewarded for my feedback in any way. My only constructive feedback was, 3 months is a long wait, would be nice for proactive updates by K2. Thats it. Great experience overall.

Amazing customer service. I ordered some headlights and they arrived surprisingly fast. Unfortunately, one came with a defect. I emailed customer support and they were more than helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I would definitely recommend K2 and will be buying from them again.

Sent me a damaged bumper, denied the claim. Refuse to do anything about it. After I paid $250 for shipping and purchased the insurance. Shipping took a month. Don't buy here.

Got the part quickly and it fit my car perfectly! Very easy process!
