I have been with Jv zoo for over a year and anytime I have ever had an issue. They went over and above to solve it and always had prompt responses. If somebody couldn’t answer, they would get me to somebody that could. Always a great experience.

Once I see the refund this will be fully resolved. The customer service was right on top of the refund. I put the request in early this morning 8:00am and the affirmative response was made at 8:38am. I know it will take a week or 10 days to see the refund in my bank. Maria was the customer service representative - thank you for your quick help!

I changed my mind about the website. I am totally not good at tech projects and I didn't understand how to move forward I need to make money immediately because I'm behind on bills and I didn't understand how this works. They refunded my money the same day that I requested it and were very considerate of my reasons
