I purchased a SaaS AI-based application through JVZoo, which was advertised as an all-in-one solution for managing social media and advertising from a single dashboard. Unfortunately, the software has been largely nonfunctional—core features simply don’t work as promised, and the interface feels unfinished at best. What’s even more frustrating is the “money-back guarantee” claim. It’s been over three days since I requested a refund, and I’m still stuck in a confusing loop. JVZoo insists I contact the “seller,” but there's no clarity on who that even is. I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of support and transparency. Overall, this experience has been more of a gimmick than a service—and it’s made me extremely cautious about trusting JVZoo’s marketplace in the future.

Hi Ross, JVZoo is a digital marketplace—similar to Amazon, but for software and digital products. While you claim there was no clarity on who the seller was, their name and support contact were displayed on the checkout page prior to purchase, again on your receipt, and provided to you twice more by our support team. Because JVZoo doesn’t collect or hold the funds, refund requests must go through the seller directly—this is clearly stated at checkout. Despite this, our support team still stepped in to help and offered to contact the seller on your behalf. Unfortunately, before we could do that, you filed a PayPal dispute, which locked the transaction and made further assistance from us impossible. To call this a “gimmick” is not only inaccurate, it’s unfair. You were given clear directions multiple times and chose not to follow them. Leaving a one-star review in that context misrepresents the situation and hurts the very people who were trying to help you. We stand by how this was handled and hope you'll reconsider your review in light of the facts. —The JVZoo Team
