JVZooReviews of jvzoo.com

I am shocked to see the response from jvzoo, the same person keeps on responding with no requested receipt, though I keep on sending to support, my questions on the validity of the transaction. I purchased a digital product GO-AI, via paypal on jvzoo payment platform, and as requested by seller, who at the live webinar asked us to mention payment transaction id once we purchased the product for further communication, and I did so, to find out soon that the login details they sent me, took me to a page which said account suspended and I was taken aback. Now, I have asked paypal to deal with it, following no response from the seller too, to refund my payment. To-JVZoo - I apologize for the misunderstranding, the problem was with the seller, Videoremix who never gave access to me on jvzoo portal which was the platform used for Videoremix purchase of GO-AI a digital product, and when asked for proper receipt they never replied, but luckily I paid it via my paypal account, since then paypal refunded as they said they would do so, if the seller Vodeoremix did not respond to them within a specific time frame. So thank you JVZoo for all your prompt responses, you were correct in providing purchases details only on your portal, as what happened was beyond your control, I understand.

I've been both a vendor & an affiliate on JVzoo for over a decade & I have seen the platform grow & change massively over that time for the positive. Like all platforms, if you are looking for perfection you won't find it here. But as a vendor, you will find staff bending over backward to help you start selling & great commumication if & when things go wrong. As an affiliate you will find it very easy to get links/start promoting - once trusted by vendors you will be paid by the marketplace wallet which means you don't have to chase the vendor for earnings - this is a huge problem on many other platforms. As a product buyer like all marketplaces, you need to exercise caution as to who you buy from, Zoo is the marketplace not the vendor - they provide vendor scoring & product scoring as a guide to the vendor reputation/trust - ... I have bought several amazing products from zoo that have proved to be real bargains as well as a few red herrings.... Overall as a Vendor/Affiliate platform - Zoo delivers what it says on the tin... As a vendor, I would love the facility to sell products after launch as evergreens... If there was some way of marking the product post launch in search as an "evergreen offer" so such offers could be easily found in search I would promote more zoo offers - keep up the good work! PS CEO is good looking too :D

I was launching an online Blockchain & Crypto currency education course. As this was new to me, I had no idea what to do. After a few attempts, the team helped me to get my course launched. Very helpful, with very fast support responses.

Fast and specific answers to my questions plus an excellent library of help articles that actually help! Well done and much appreciated.

This is a wonderful site that provides an opportunity for everyone anywhere in the world. The support team answers as quickly as possible and provides the necessary assistance without any delay.

****Edit****** Positive review pending as they have gone above and beyond regarding my request. When the money has cleared in my account I will update this review****** Less than one star. ****UPDATE***** The refund has cleared and is in my bank account. Jarrod Nelson went above and beyond to help me. Rest assured, once you have proof of communications to the company you bought the product from, you’ll get positive results. Thanks again.

I've been a vendor and affiliate on JVZOO since 2016 and they have ALWAYS been the best and MOST helpful network I've used.
