I have recently been in touch via e-mail with the company about an order I had placed. I have never had such a quick response. I had placed an order too quickly to be honest but Allen in the team agreed a refund and his response was 100% helpful and quick. Within fifteen minutes of my submission of a request for refund an initial "request received" email arrived. And within another fifteen minutes a personalized email of solution was received with added explanation. All of this unfolded on a Sunday afternoon no less -- traditionally with reduced staff and slow of any business response! AMAZINGLY DISTINCTIVE service support from Maria at JVZoo!!!
