Support Team was happy to help me with my requests and everything got solved

When a vendor failed to honor its refund policy, I asked JVZoo to intervene and they did. The refund was provided and they promise to monitor this vendor for further such incidents and to take further action if warranted. Can't ask for more than that.

No hassle refunds. I didnt have to deal with the seller offering me other products instead of a refund. Had my money back by 9am the next morning. So easy and painless. Only platform that feels like it cares about and actually listens to the customer.

After watching the video I changed my mind because it started getting pretty expensive! After 187.00 dollars which I did not expect to pay. And even after the 187.00 dollars that was charged to me account there was an offer to protect against ciber attacks for another 129.99. Which of course I refused.Too expensive for me. And I’m not going to say that it’s a scam because I’d rather not even take that chance right through here that it may be. There is three transactions pending in my account. First one is WHOP*JVZOO MARKET PLACE for 129.99. Second one is for WHOP* JVZOO MARKET PLACE for 19.99. And the third one is for WHOP*GOLDBOT AI for 37.99. I need the full amount refunded ASAP! I did reach out to JVZOO through email and received a ticket number but the transactions were done almost 6 hours ago and I still have not been refunded. Then the phone number that I tried to call for JVZOO before even leaving an email for my refund has just been busy all day which has made me very uncomfortable. Also this is Shareena Hunter so there’s no confusion as far as that goes! Please provide my refund back to my payment method that I provided in the email. I’m very satisfied with the assistance received from JVZoo support team! Sadly, I had to ask for a refund and few minutes later… It was done! -A very satisfied costumer!

I purchased a SaaS product from a vendor and the purchase went through JVZoo. I purchased the product and the 1st up-sell and it didn't work the way I had expected. The purchase stated that I could receive a refund if unsatisfied with the product. I requested a refund within a day of the purchase. When I got no response I tried other ways to request my refund... Even going as far as replying to the Welcome email from the vendor. When I did get a response from the vendor himself, I was told: 'Why Your Investment Is Unbeatable and You should think once again about Refund.' The email also stated that I should give it more time and to let him know if I still wanted a refund or to give the product 2 weeks time. I responded that I still wanted a refund. And heard nothing back...At All. I ended up sending around at least 8 messages through the various ways that it was suggested and heard nothing back. Finally I contacted JVZoo and sent them the request. They kindly responded within 12 hours stating the process of requesting a refund directly through the vendor and if that didn't work to let them know and supply supporting docs. I explained the situation and I had plenty of documentation of the situation. I had a response within 12 hours from the vendor stating that my refund was processed. I have only purchased one other product through JVZoo before and that was seamless. They are great! They saw to it that my customer service issue was addressed and I am grateful.
