TRANSPARENT HONESTY IN REFUND

I made a mistake and ordered more than one card and they were very nice and straighting it out

The quick response with no hassel was excellent. Explodley is not nearly as profecient as JVZoo. I wish I had done business with JVZoo at first. I invested in a very good digital product but but payout setup was left out.

I was already at my wits' end because I couldn't access my account, but Hazel helped me out and gave me all the support I needed to regain access to the customer and affiliate areas. I'm very grateful for her attention and for the time she took to help me. Thank you

JVZoo has been extremely helpful and was extremely prompt in responding to my concerns. I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with the original vender because they weren’t reliable nor responsive. JVZoo stepped in and made sure that a refund was issued. Thank you SO much for resolving this issue so promptly and efficiently.

I requested a refund to the vendor of a product I purchased, but all I was receiving as responses were general-AI messages. I contacted the JVZoo support team for help on this issue and processed the refund the next day. I highly recommend JVZoo, even though I'll never purchase anything else from that particular vendor. JVZoo is a legit platform nevertheless!

Refund was quick
