JVZooReviews of jvzoo.com

quick refund thank you great company, unfortunately aligned themself with scammers. do not purchase anything called the morning method!

The product promoter is awesome. Refund was fast and without hassle. I only wish that when purchasing the product that there would be more clarity in the product itself. Other than that my experience overall was excellent! Thank you for the prompt issuing of my refund when requested.

I panicked. I thought I was signing up to review products. Then the money started coming out of my account and I no longer saw anything about product reviews, only more ways to give you more of my money. I needed that money to pay bills. I tried to back track and saw no clear way to stop what was happening. Finally I found the link to customer service. I contacted you and you help resolve the issue, returned the money to my account and did so with kindness and professionalism. Thank you.

Making the return was very easy. No problems in returning this item. Money is transferred in different ways. It’s your choice. It could not have been easier.

In the past, Jvzoo enabled Paypal commission release, which would benefit some vendors (I hide the name due to the request of Jvzoo) to hold and steal commissions from affiliates. Right now, with Jvzoo Pay, I know there's a fee higher than Paypal, but it's 100% better because vendors will never have a chance to steal commissions from affiliates anymore. However, I see that Jvzoo still has a disadvantage. I see that many vendors still add software into the marketplace and sell at a one-time price offer, but after that, just around 1-2 years, they retire the software by cancelling domains and hosting subscriptions to the software. This is a clear scamming action. Jvzoo should have further action against this. I don't want vendors to scam my customers whom I promote to them as an affiliate. Jvzoo should be caring more about this, not just working as a payment processor and not caring what scammers are doing.

Recently made a purchase where it was for a live course and when the purchase completed, there was a whole confusion of things happening as JVZoo sent me a link that said my class was over and the vendor wasn't providing access to recordings. After filing a ticket and talking to their team, they ended up having to refund me. I left a star off the review only because they offer such unusual and cutting edge products that sometimes you might be in a place where the product is against local regulations and they don't seem to bother checking to see where you're purchasing from.

Pros: My 7 purchases through JV.Zoo affiliates has earned 4 stars because my refund requests when necessary, are facilitated without a resistance. The products are keepers because they are useful and the developers stay in business. Cons: JV Zoo does not get directly involved with helping facilitate a refund for your purchase. Occasionally the affiliate you purchase the product through will take weeks to give you the bonuses for purchasing through their link or may not deliver at all.

I bought Funnelz last month and asked for refund, but got little responce. One time the boss of Mintware told me that due to structual reason, the refund would delay. It's been 3 weeks after I requested refund, and now totally no responce. It replied me today that it initiated the refund. I still havn't received it. After I got the refund I will revise my review. 2 days ago I bought AIWA, and I couldn't find the bonuses promised, I sent support tickets, got no responce. I just got reply from JVZOO that it intervened and had the vendor to arrange refund on March 18. After I get the refun I will sincerely thank JVZoo and may buy other softwares from JVzoo marketplace.
