JVzoo started refund when I requested them. Haven't gotten the money yet but the process seemed to be swift.

the refund part was very easy, but i didn't understand alot about the company when i went to the sites every one asked for more money. And didn't explain very well how i could make money. Plus i used the my email and the password code given me on a couple of them and was told it was wrong. very disappointed. but thanks for getting my refunds so quick

refund was processing a timely matter

I accidentally tapped on the page and then closed the page without finishing the check out process. The company responded to me quickly and fixed my issue.

This sounded good but did not state that the programs would have to be paid for. I could not afford this. The refund was done in a timely manor. As of this writing it has not posted back yet to my account. I know it takes a day or so. The video needs to be clearer about the cost of the programs and not lead people on with the pay off to them and then they find out later that you want more of what most don't have to begin with. Otherwise they wouldn't be trying to make money your way. Thank you

I had to ask for support a few times before I finally got a response (hence 4 and not 5 stars) - although support did say that they responded from the outset, but I did not receive it for some reason. Nevertheless, once I started receiving responses though, the support was absolutely top-notch.

I discovered affiliate marketing was the name ofthe game. Not my cup of tea. I clicked the request a refund button. By the next morning my money was back in my account.33
