I asked for a refund yesterday and at 6:00am today was checking through my accounts and the deposit was already showing in the account I did the original purchase from. It does say "pending", but it's there. Well done support team

The support team communicated in a timely manner. I requested a refund of charges for several purchases. Lory with the support team explained the role of JVZoo. Also explained what was needed in order to look up my purchases and process the refunds. Within just a few hours after emailing that information, customer support sent me a confirmation email informing me that refunds were completed. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
