I was surprised with the quick response to my request. I appreciate the quick turnaround, and feel so much better about your attention to this matter. Great customer service! Thanks so much

Fast response and no questions asked refund for a product that was sub par. This is the way it should be. Great service from JVZoo support.

I didn't think I would gey a refund on the Breakout AI Application I purchased. After watching the "training" video I decided it was not something I would be interested in pursuing. I contacted Breakout AI and was basically told I didn't meet the "criteria" for a refund. At that point I went back to my receipt of purchase and noted there was a 90 day refund period from the time of purchase. That is when I contacted JVZoo. They directed me back to the peoduct creator. I further explained what I was told by the product creator and JVZoo was able to process my refund. I am so very grateful for your assistance. Your Customer Service Associates were courteous and professional. They listened to my explaination and secured my refund within 24 hours. I could not have imagined a better outcome. Keep up the good work.
