Refund when elderly mother purchased 3 programs…
My elderly mother purchased 3 programs from JVZoo but did not know what to do with them or what they were. JVZoo quickly issued a refund when I requested one. I myself am a marketing affiliate, so I know this type of work is a bit much for her, but I will be looking into the company for myself since I see they have superior communication skills and great ethics. I would recommend to a friend.

JVZoo Customer Service
After purchasing services from JVZoo, and thinking about it, I decided this morning that I wanted to cancel the order and request a refund. I expected a runaround, but to my surprise, I had a full refund with a very nice message from Customer Service within an hour. Thank you JVZoo. Excellent service.

I love the support at JVZoo

Using the system
I’m excited to try this new system. I’m 76 years old & do not receive enough social security to cover my expenses. I think I can be successful with this system with their help.

I have just had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Dramatic? Yes. True? Also yes. JVZoo and Ms A. sorted out a ridiculous refund dispute for me, saving me all sorts of angst and anger.
