I made an ill-informed decision to buy…
I made an ill-informed decision to buy something online that I later realised was not in fact what it made out to be, i.e. the product would not have done what it said it would & I had paid quite a lot of money for it. When I reached out to jvzoo to register my predicament, the response was immediate and my refund was made in total, no further questions asked. The refund was made in full, including the little additional extras incurred when paying in US dollars.

I had a small issue with what turned out to be almost a duplicate purchase, because it was included in the next offer, and they were able to assist the marketer in locating the transaction and process my refund. It was very efficient, and I appreciate it.

I couldn’t figure out how to get in…
I couldn’t figure out how to get in touch with someone regarding this issue. The email I received after I placed my order was a bit confusing to me. I wasn’t able to take the Trimoryn that I ordered. It just wasn’t agreeing with my body. I tried but was having some very uncomfortable side effects. I finally tried the email for JVZoo Support and got an immediate response. Thank you so much for your help. JVZoo was amazing. After sending emails to the company I bought the product from and getting no response JVZoo was able to get my refund right away.
