All it took was one email to get a refund for a product I wasn't pleased with. Excellent, fast service with a very professional, well-written email reply. I'm not a frequent purchaser, but I've used JVZoo for over 10 years, and have never had a bad experience. This one, via email with your customer service rep, Hayes, was very good, thank you!

Refund Request
I submitted a refund request on two separate purchases and literally within 5 minutes I received an email advising me the refunds had been issued. Certainly a pleasant surprise!

I Received Excellent Assistance!!
I needed help with a refund and I gave as much info as I had to JVZoo. I was fortunate to get a CS person to immediately help me! Her name is Elaine. She had an answer to me within minutes! She also took the time to explain how to handle future instances where I would need help with refunds. Elaine is the BEST rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with! You can trust her an JVZoo.
