The refund was much appreciated. However, the method used to share purchasing information was very confusing. It asks you to pay for the first offer, then, after paying, another, better offer is presented. You pay for that one thinking it cancels out the first transaction. that it didn’t, and, I then had to ferret out the double charge on my own was confusing and maddening. I do thank you for correcting my problem immediately. I now hope with all my heart that my steady and continuing mental decline can be helped.It didn’t the first time I tried it a few years ago. Maria, Thank you for your prompt response to my cancellation request. I must mention that the wording on the 12 bottle option is definitely misleading. I showed the wording for that option to two others and they agreed with my understanding. I suggest the wording be adjusted to note that it is an add-on, not in place of the 6 bottle option. I do look forward to receiving the 6 bottle package and hope to see the likely success as is offered. Robert

Received a prompt refund

I appreciate the rapid response to my request to have this product returned. After discovering that we were involved in a product scam, we tried to quickly cancel the product to no avail, but the JVZoo support person (Ashley) helped me to get information to expedite (hopefully) the refund, which came despite the immediate cancellation.

I will definitely utilize the knowledge I acquired, while exploring these options for a reliable income.
