You credited me for one set of charges
You credited me for one set of charges, $267 and $67. Thank you for that but there were two sets of charges! Why I don’t know but there is another $267 and $67 that should be credited back to me.

I'm so grateful for how quickly JVZoo responded...
I'm so grateful for how quickly JVZoo responded to my request. After purchasing the products to get started and listening to the masterclass, I was overwhelmed and decided that I really couldn't truly commit and be successful, so I requested a refund. There was not hassle and I was refunded right away. Great customer service.

Even though I could not go further with thier awesome offer. The expediency of having the Refund returned. Was extrodnarly awesome. (There offer is one of the best platforms I have seen). Keep up the great training.

Top tier Customer Service
Customer service processed my refund for my purchases very quickly and it was relatively hassle free. The response time is top tier. The email was sent and the response and refund was received within 10 minutes. Very professional.

JVZoo and the entire team did an amazing job in resolving my issue. Shout out to Ashley for her amazing effort. JVZoo has always proven to be 'next level' customer service. I really like how they collaborate as a team. They all seem to collectively merge efforts to solve a problem resulting in a quicker resolution.
