I recently purchased a JVC device, but unfortunately, my experience has been very negative. The screen on my device suddenly stopped working, and after reading other reviews, I discovered that this seems to be a recurring problem with this product. It's disappointing to see that JVC has continued to sell a faulty product that doesn't meet its advertised features and fails to function properly. On top of that, I found their customer service to be unhelpful and uncaring when I tried to address the issue. It's essential for companies to prioritize their customers' satisfaction and safety, but it appears that JVC has failed in this regard. Overall, I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone based on my experience.

Terrible smart TVs mine is basically useless when it comes to using it as a smart TV, have to use a fire stick or games console which defeats the whole point of a smart tv. None of the apps work! connects to WiFi but when u try load any apps it says there is no WiFi connection and god forbid if I press the Netflix button on my remote as it completely crashes the TV with the only way to reset it is by turning off the main power source which then resets the whole tv back to factory settings so then I have to set it up from scratch. The colour dulls on occasions which again the only solution to sort the problem is turning off the main power source which then resets it back to factory settings, HDMI ports go after about a year as well! Wouldn't reccomend JVC for any electrical product had many over the years including a sound bar and multiple BT headphones all go to crap after a month of normal use and constantly run in to problems don't waste your money on this washed up brand cause you will regret it!!

What a Crummy tv. Not worth the plastic it's made from. The remote wouldn't do what it was asked, - many, many, many many times. The on screen navigation of apps, simply, appalling. Telling me my internet was slow when my pc bites my hand off it's so fast! When a programme on the guide is on iplayer it insists, - insists, going to start of programme and this is the default!!! It would not take casting or smart view (well, it may of done but I refer to the awful on screen settings navigation!) I'm going to stop. After 6 months trying to use it - I've given up.....Another brand tomorrow. DONT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!.

Faulty products. 2 broken tvs within 2.5 years. A tv should last minimum 5 years in my opinion, not a year and a half or even under a year like our 1st jvc tv. Absolute scam.

Crap telly bought from Currys, customer service at Currys basically said that JVC televisions were always problematic and not fit for purpose. Software issue with smart apps wouldn’t resolve unless you wiped the telly then issue comes back again after a fortnight meaning you can’t use the telly at all unless you’re happy factory restoring it every few weeks. JVC not interested in fixing this issue after finding forum posts about the same problem from as far back as 2019 and no fix. TV not fit for purpose, returned to store, swapped for a competitor brand, will never buy JVC again. Bloody useless.

JVC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY I have just come back from Japan and while I was there I purchased a JVC in ear headphone. When I got back from Japan to New Zealand the right hand side stopped playing, no sound, no music just dead. I went to the JVC web site and went over the trouble shooting but to no avail. I rung the shop in Japan as I had the receipts and emailed them finally getting through to them about what had happened. They said no warranty out side of Japan. I said but I only just bought them from you but again they said no warranty outside Japan. Here in New Zealand they were not interested as they said email the shop where you bought them from but I had already done that. So I decided to email JVC in Japan, USA, and Canada to see if they would stand by there product. Guess what a big NO, not if it was not bought here. I have lost faith in humanity over this. Not one JVC support representative world wide would help me or stand by there product. So what I have to do is return to Japan and go to the shop I purchased them from and get an exchange....yeah right I have the money to return to Japan just for that reason. Get a life. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase a JVC product and you wont either if this is what they call JVC Support what a let down. Be warned there customer service is not a SERVICE it is just to tell you they cannot help you.

It is the biggest pain in the backside It turns itself off then restarts for no reason. I will never buy anything with jvc on it again.

Total rubbish!! When you flick through the menu and select a channel, it skips to something else or you get a blank screen, dont waste your money !
