If I could give no stars then I would, bought my JVC TV less than one year ago from Curry’s, it was fine being connected via hdmi to satellite but once I tried to use the apps on the “smart” tv everything went left! Cannot factory reset, does not respond to remote, random message asking for PIN to access the tv (what?), cuts out whenever it wants, doesn’t respond to volume; as for the Google dot built in that’s useless to; cannot switch on or off with the remote, what a waste of money!

Terrible TV. Only had mine 5 days when it goes into stand by mode after 5 minutes. Am taking it back today to Curry’s for a refund !!!!

Casque acheté à l'aéroport CDG il y a à peine1 an. . Son moyen . La qualité des materiaux des écouteurs laissent à désirer. En effet, ils s'effritent et c'est très désagréable au risque d'avoir des morceaux dans les oreilles. Alors que je n'ai pas une utisation quotidienne.

Had my JVC just about 3 years. Worst tv I’ve ever owned. Switches itself off for no reason, takes ages to come on(you’d think it was an old valve tv warming up) battery warning message for remotes comes on won’t go, even with new batteries. Never again

Only had this j v c television less than 3years About to take I to the tip as horizontal lines on screen make it impossible to view I contacted Curry’s who said there is nothing they can do Conclusion. Steer clear of Currys

JVC Roku 40" smart TV. Sound quality is so tinny, I've had to buy a soundbar. Now I've watched tv for an hour, the picture is not sharp at all. I have an old Samsung upstairs and it's a much clearer picture. Think I'll be taking this one back to Curry's...unless I find there is a protective film over the screen that I just can't see or feel!

Worst tv I’ve ever had, my tv I had for 12 years even worked better and quicker. The remote barely ever connects, it randomly kicks me off of apps and randomly shuts down (when I’ve only had it on for max a few mins). Honestly despise this tv. I couldn’t warn more people against getting one. I should’ve read the reviews first.

OH MY GOSH, where do I begin?? This company is freaking TERRIBLE! My blood pressure is probably off the charts after my phone calls with them. I have a JVC Roku TV. I used to have no problem casting/streaming with my Windows PC and a tablet. Now all of a sudden I can't stream or cast from either device. The TV isn't showing up as an available nearby device. I spent weeks troubleshooting to find a solution. My last resort was to call the company. First, when I called, they asked for the model number which they told me was on the back of the TV and it's very difficult for me to get to since it's against a wall. I managed to slip my phone back there to take a pic and get the needed information. While I was trying to do this, the agent told me to call back when I had the info because "they couldn't stay on the phone that long". Ok. I got the info and called back (meanwhile no one told me I could find the model number by going to my settings; I found that out online as I was struggling to get behind the TV) When I called back with the info, I told them what happened. They basically told me I was wrong and my computer can't cast to the TV. I told them I'd been doing it for YEARS and all of a sudden I wasn't abe to anymore. I tested my mom's tablet and that wouldn't mirror. Now they are telling me it's not an issue with the TV, that it's out of warranty and I need to call Microsoft. smh. It's such a headache. Both of these devices can stream and cast to the 2nd TV in the household Note to self: NEVER buy a JVC product! There is so much more, but not even worth the energy typing about. Customer service is trash, rude, lazy, and unwilling to help. .
