Very disappointed with the higher price I paid for an unnatural looking piece of rubbish! It took MANY weeks & two emails to receive it. When it finally came it was cheap looking & NOTHING like the colour I ordered! Their excuse was they can't guarantee the colour on my computer screen matches the colours they advertise! DONT buy from these crooks. I feel cheated. Too late for refund even as it took too long to get here to Australia, as I'm fairly sure it came from China! I paid $5 for one similiar previously from China which actually was better!

This is a scam!!!! Juvabun Australia does NOT send you your purchase. They take your payment and when you follow up for non- delivery/not received they send you standard emails . Absolutely do not order with Juvabun . Save your money and shop online with a Legitimate business that will send what you have paid for

Dishonest company. Won’t refund my money after I followed all return policies. Saying they can’t find original order. I included copies of original order and PayPal receipt with the return. 15 conversations with Adi in Customer Service and all of a sudden they can’t find the order. These people are crooks. Don’t give them your money.

When it was 2 weeks in since they charged my visa and it still wasn't shipped - I asked for a refund - so far - I have been ignored. Finally got a refund - but with the Canadian US exchange it cost me $8.00 for nothing - wonder if this is the plan from the start???

I ordered one of these buns and it wasn't the right color. What a pain!! They tried to offer me two for the price of one, and I just wanted to return the one I had. Turns out they sent me a label, I would have to pay to have it sent back. It's still sitting on my chair because I think it's cheaper just to take the hit because postage would be just as much as these buns. Buyer beware.
