Picture do not match actual color

Once again a piece of crap. It also sells on Amazon for 10$ less then the so called sale price on the Juvabun website.

Color is terrible. Waiting on info so I can return both. You don’t have light brown with highlights like you’ve had before. Disappointed

Yet to receive my product. Have seen 4 promotions and feel like I did not get the best price. And after two calls to customer service, I am frustrated and feel like I did not get any support. My last bun snapped but I still took a leap and ordered again. I hope that I will be satisfied but I will not likely order again. I don’t feel like a valued customer.

Hair piece appears to be too artificial

I would give them 0 stars. This company mailed me a used messy bun, it was matted and the band stretched out. I wanted a refund. I told them the quality for a $27.50 bun should be better than this. I was requested by them to send item back with tracking so $4.95 was my cost to send back the used bun. They reimbursed me for the product $22.50. I was not reimbursed for almost 10.00 in S&H I paid both ways and they should have paid for their mistake. They must have a poorly run quality assurance to mail me out a used product. They told me they do not have return labels. Really? I am disgusted. I will never purchase from them again. Stay away from this company. Its not worth the hassle.

I bought 3 wigs and returned for volor change They do not answer phone thete is a recording they are not taking calls. The instructions and photos of postal receipts per their request woll not go through. I get the mailer demon response "sorry". Frustrated by this company.
