Please send us an email at [email protected] so that we can check this further for you. -- Just to be clear on the process, we offer a replacement instead of a refund if you still wish to try it. But choosing a replacement means that you will not be illegible for a refund. You can, however, choose a refund over a replacement if you wish a refund. I hope that is clear. Thanks

We are sorry to hear about your experience with our product and the refund process. We have processed the refund time and time again and it keeps being rejected. We understand your frustration, but please note that the refund cannot go through while there is an open chargeback on your account. We advise you to contact your bank and resolve the chargeback issue first, so we can proceed with the refund process. And I will mention it again, we only answered the bank's request for their investigation but we did not lie, the chargeback is still on going and we have no control over the matter.
