Great turn around from order to delivery

I love my new messy bun. It looks so natural and matches my hair exactly! Beyond that is is so comfortable to wear that I barely know it's there!!

I am very pleased with the salt and pepper messy bun I received. It is easy to use, the color is perfect and the soft curls can be placed all around my own hair while in a wrapped ponytail to make it look perfectly natural. The order process was simple and I received notices with tracking until its arrival. I ordered two and got a discount on the second messy bun, so I am very happy. They come in their own storage zip bag, too.

I love Juvabun. I ordered the wrong color. They handle it immediately even though it was my mistake. Great customer service which is rare now days. I even had issues on my end with the exchange. They didn't get upset they helped me fix it.

I placed my order for buy one get one free. When my order arrived I only got one hairpiece. I went online to customer service explained that I only received one and they immediately sent out the other one and sent me an email and kept me informed. Excellent customer service. And my hair pieces are amazing and match my hair perfectly
