My original review was that the juvabuns were good quality but did not work for me. I then got feedback on different ways to remedy this but those didnt work for me either. The customer service department did reach out to me to help and I was impressed by the interaction and wanting to assist. I was able to get a refund and because of this will possibly try one of their claw clip versions instead. Bravo to them for their help!!!

I ordered a beach blonde juva bun but the color is too dark and too white. I need a more golden color

I bought a braided headband in silver LOVE IT, a short clip on ponytail LIKE IT VERY MUCH, and a small bun WAYYYYY TOO LONG TO GET IT Even with supply chain issues, this was too much. That’s why I rated a 4 instead of 5. I really like these products

Works like a charm! Make sure to get the right color. I can wear mine for about a month before it needs replaced because you can not brush the buns once they get tangled and the bun does tangle fast!

Was very pleased with the quality, size and color of the bun itself. The only drawback was the elastic band was not tight enough even when doubled. I needed to use small clips to attach securely. Other than that....BUY IT

Love the color match and the ease of it.

It's okay. The messy bun was too long so I had to cut it because it didn't look natural. Didn't stay curled up. I used it a lot at Disney World and it looked good.

Love Juvabun..easy..convenient..have purchased several over the last year...but the most recent one..in the last month..when received I was in shock...it (they) purchased 2 of the same color...was just horrible..tangled..knotted...looked worst than my oldest one...very disappointed...may never order again...I work to hard for my money to just waste it on something I won't use....thanks
