I am happy triathlete and OW swimmer :-)
I am 6' 170 lbs female triathlete. I called and described my body type and ordered a suit based on their recommendations: blueseventy sleeveless women's xl athena. Tried on the suit and just knew it wasn't right. I called and they confirmed that. We talked through what was wrong and they recommended I go with a blueseventy sleeveless men's medium. They sent me a shipping label via email so I could return the suit free of charge. And they mailed me the new suit, no shipping charge or additional service fee. And I'm a very happy camper :-) Customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND. I called before their opening hours and they called me back! I didn't even leave a voicemail! I recommend them to every OW swimmer I know.

Quick response to all queries (and there were a lot). Shipping super fast. Returns a breeze and refunds prompt. It is tricky buying a tri wetsuit on line and getting the fit correct. Live in small town where not many triathlon suits are sold. Kristen was fabulous. Would not hesitate to recommend this site (and no, I was not paid, nor did I receive any special discount). Will be a repeat customer!
