The initial shipment of missing some items that we had paid for even though those items were shown on the packing list. But the company took our word for it that the items had not been included and sent another shipment containing those items. While we appreciated this, the second shipment was not expedited as much as we would have liked or expected. So, there was some unnecessary delay. Despite all of this, I would still use them again. If they had sent the second shipment overnight, I would have given them a higher number.
