Unrelenting email
I tried your product and my dogs did not like it. I have requested more times than I can count. I am receiving 4 - 6 emails a day. I beginning to believe that you are sending these emails to anger me. If so it has worked. Good job. Anyone considering buying this product be prepared to receive emails long after you don’t want or need

She wouldn't eat it
She didn't like it. Lost weight while eating it. The packaging ripped upon opening so the bag was open for the entire month.

Our dog would not eat the food
Our dog would not eat the food. And our vet is concerned about his weight loss because of this (we tried for weeks to get him to come around). We now have to try to find another brand and unfortunately mix in some Just Right as he transitions to avoid digestive issues.

My dog did not want to eat the food
My dog did not want to eat the food. The custom bags are super cute…but I have to mix in wet food and other kibble to get him to eat it.

We recommend a slow and steady transition to the new food by adding just a bit of the new Just Right to the old food over a period of 7-10 days. As always, treats, toppers, and human food additions will only hurt the chances of a successful transition. Many dogs will begin to favor wet food or human food over dry, and it takes time and dedication to make a dry food successful. We would like the opportunity to learn more about your experience. False Advertising, poor customer service
I see a lot of good reviews here but that was just not my experience. Biggest issue: the food looks nothing like advertised. I have brown kibble in circles and triangle, when the kibbles was supposed to visibly have carrots and peas and bone shaped colorful kibble, and the “meaty morsels” look like chicken jerky, I could have added that myself. My first package was misdelivered, I tried using the chat feature and the company was very unhelpful. I had to wait for an email while they “resolved” it, and they charged me for my second bag before even responding to me about the first. I ended up cancelling after that first delivery, super disappointed it didn’t look like all the pictures in the site.

The only thing my dog will *NOT* eat.
My dog will normally eat *anything* and with excellent appetite. When our first bag came, she was not enthusiastic and ate much more slowly, instead of wolfing it down. Over time, she stopped eating it entirely and also became suspicious of any other foods I might have mixed in with it..
