Great product and speedy shipping! The team is always ready to answer questions.

I had an issue with the shipment being lost customer service immediately responded to my concern and took care of it and sent me out a new shipment no questions asked very impressed with my overall experience… Love the vapes and chocolate bars :)

I ordered a half ounce of the Fruity Pebbles strain. The smell filled the room when I opened it I like my buds more on the fruity side and this dose not Disappoint.

I’ve tried vapes before but Granddaddy Purple is the first one that actually feels real. It’s smooth no harshness no head trip either. I’ve been using it every evening after work and it’s helped me chill out and actually sleep through the night. Total game changer.

At first I thought something was off because the oil in the D-9 cartridge I had ordered was crystal clear. Unlike anything I’ve seen before but after contacting support and looking into it myself turns out that’s what actually makes it so good. That it’s ultra refined which is called (water clear distillate) after a few puffs I realized why it’s incredibly smooth tasting and potent you can literally see the quality.

Best in class products with customer service to match. Andy will always ensure customers get the highest quality product at the fairest prices. Couldn’t see myself going anywhere else anytime soon

order was complete and on time & the quality has been consistent

I have placed several orders with Justkana, let me start off by saying their products are the best I have ever tried (and I have tried many). I recently had an excellent experience with customer service that I feel is worth highlighting. From the very beginning, the representative was attentive and professional, making me feel like my concern was a priority. Overall, the experience was smooth, efficient, and left me with a sense of trust in the company. It’s refreshing to see customer service handled with both competence and genuine care, and this interaction definitely reinforced my confidence in choosing this brand.
