I gave 3 stars because I am disappointed but that doesn’t mean they don’t have bad product. I ordered from Justkana and it took 4 days for them to ship my order, not sure why the website says ships 1-2 days.

During busy times especially when promotions or big discounts create a surge of orders things can take a little longer to ship out. We understand how important fast delivery is, and we always do our best to ship orders out right away. Once the package leaves our hands, though, timing can vary depending on the carrier and other factors outside our control.
