I used their men's deodorant product. I liked the idea of having clean ingredients for my body. I am not a heavy underarm sweater, but this product stained every shirt I wore over time while using the product. It worked well for perspiration and loved the scent, but it is not worth ruining shirts from the oils in the product. In case anyone is wondering, I have never stained the underarms of my shirts in 56 years from sweat or any other deodorant.

I’ve been happy with the actual products from Just Ingredients, but the subscription experience has honestly been disappointing. I’m subscribed on the 30-day plan and use both products exactly as recommended, yet I still keep running out before the next shipment arrives. At one point, support suggested changing my deliveries to every 4 weeks instead of every 30 days, and that seemed to solve the issue temporarily. Now that option appears to be gone, and I’m back to waiting on orders while completely out of product. I don’t understand how a subscription system is designed where customers can regularly run out while using the product as directed. Most people subscribe because they expect consistency and convenience. Good products, but the subscription and shipping timing need work.

I have used these products for years! I tell all my friends, family and acquaintances about them, not anymore. When I had a severe reaction to 2 different supplements I tried to get a refund because I was sure they had a 100% guarantee satisfaction. The 2 bottles cost $74 all they would refund me is store credit of 36$ I’m about to return all of my unopened products because that’s ridiculous. I have pictures and dr reports from the reactions. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
