I read everyone statements and figured I would check this out for myself. The collegian arrived fast. It turns out I’m allergic to this and broke out in a rash plus my stomach bloating issues. This doesn’t mix well in my coffee and turns brown plus sticks to the coffee cup. It’s like a dark chocolate ring. It’s kind of like cocoa as you have to keep stirring the coffee to keep it mixed. I notified just ingredients by email to cancel my subscription. I don’t understand why this collagen will not mix and is causing my symptoms. P.S. this has a weird taste.

They are extremely late on shipping ALWAYS. Never buying from them again as my product is now a week late with no real update.

The products are great but the customer service was horrific. I messaged the re an issue with being charged shipping on an order that was $200 and the free shipping is for orders over $125. The individual I was working with kept saying that my order total had to exceeded $125 which I explained 3 times exceeded that as the base. They kept repeating themselves over and over and could not grasp such a simple issue. It was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have encountered. Then need better customer service reps!!! The experience was so bad that I would never recommend them to anyone

Ordered almost a month ago and still no product delivered. Over priced and most of the flavors do not dissolve properly in liquid.
