Unfortunately at this time of the year, the US Postal Service (USPS) often experiences higher than usual volume or delays due to weather in different parts of the state. We have looked into the tracking information and it does appear the letter is delayed in transit. Once the order is in USPS possession, we are unable to intervene. You may submit a missing mail request directly with USPS through (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm). This will expedite the process of USPS locating the letter and delivering it to its destination. Our support team ([email protected]) had responded already to your email inquiry with an offer to a free replacement letter.  We will place the order right away as soon as we receive your confirmation and will provide a new tracking number once available. We apologize the delivery speed did not live up to the expectations. The order for the demand letter was placed on Jan 4th 11:58PM and requested for an address change shortly after. Our team responded promptly within 1 business hour upon the request and offered the address change. After providing the new address, we also promptly canceled your original order and placed a new order for you with the new address on the same day on Jan 5th. Your letter was mailed out the next day on Jan 6th by our shipping partner. Unfortunately at this time of the year, USPS often experiences higher than usual volume, which may cause a delay in the shipment. We have looked into the tracking information and it was last scanned 2 days ago (Jan 17th) and is now in transit. Once the order is in USPS possession, we are unable to intervene. We have placed a replacement order free of charge and it will be mailed out tomorrow. Our support team ([email protected]) will be in touch with the new tracking information once it is available. Hi Karen, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Once you approve the mailing address and the contents of your demand letter, we print and mail the demand letter to the address provided. Any changes to the mailing address would require a second demand letter to be created and sent. Hello. We are really sorry to see this. We did a quick check and it looks like your demand letter was delivered less than three business days after you created it in the system. You can verify delivery to the address you provided with your tracking number. (We just resent it to you in an email incase its been misplaced). Would you mind letting me know what you did not like about our system? We are a small startup team working hard to build something people find helpful in getting justice! Thank you for making us aware! We’ve reached out to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to get more information. USPS received your letter on April 11, 2022. However, on April 17, 2022 they marked as "In Transit, Arriving Late". Usually the reason for this status is that the package was not scanned appropriately through the USPS system at their facility. It is likely that the letter may still arrive at the destination in the next days/weeks once USPS sorts the mail piece appropriately. Unfortunately, we are unable to intervene with any mail pieces in the USPS system. Once the mail gets to them it is out of our hands. We went ahead and refunded your purchase and offered a free new replacement letter. Please respond back to our customer service email ([email protected]) to confirm that you would like the replacement ordered, and we will get the replacement placed ASAP.
