Was shocked at how professional
Was shocked at how professional, user-friendly, and above all else easy this was to use. I typed in a few comments and bam a letter most attorneys couldn't write, much less in seconds. Then you had a chance to download it for free. WTH is that about? Game changer and no I don't work for them or know anyone who does. But I would. :)
