The evidence packet helped a lot when presenting at my court case. I think without it I would of not be so successful and prepared. My only criticism would be a shorter schedule time to speak to a People's Clerk associate. It normally takes a week or so to book an appointment so you have to plan ahead or prepare in advance for a phone consultation

The service you provide is great. The only downside I had with your service there is no immediate person to talk with. You need to send a email with tge response always comes back someone will reach out with in 2 days that's a long time. Also when a phone request is scheduled sometime I didn't get the call even though tge company tried, I lost 2+ days waiting and to not get the call I was waiting for please work on these things. And my score would have been 5 stars.

Hi Johnny, Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback and we are happy to see you enjoyed using People Clerk. Our goal at People Clerk is to help our clients to get their day in court and navigate the small claims process with ease. As a small team, we care deeply about our average response times and are constantly looking to improve (currently we are averaging 6 hours 33 min during regular office hours). However, there are times when it may take us 2-3 business days. We understand the frustration that can come with waiting for a response, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we genuinely care about your concerns and are actively working to improve our response time and provide you with better service. - Maria Camila Calero

This service was really good. They did everything they said they would do, up to the part on how to enforce the judgement. They offered tips on how to get my money, however, those ways did not help. I hired a process server, who suggested that I pursue the defendant's business license, only then did I get justice.

I am 91 years old and not into computers very much. By the time i realized i needed to talk to someone by phone all the dates were already taken up but [ think i have enough information to get by on. Rex Embry

Thank you for the review! You placed the order on 12/22 and your letter was sent out on 12/23. (Your personalized tracking number was emailed to you and you can use it to follow the letter). The letter is currently in transit. During this time of the year, the U.S. Postal Service typically experiences higher volume than usual so there may be delays in their delivery unfortunately.

Overall, helpful. Thank you

The letter I paid for was never delivered. Now I don’t know how to retrieve it and the website from USPS wouldn’t allow me to schedule a redelivery. Now what??? UPDATE 11/21/22- The letter was re-delivered. SUCCESS! I appreciate the follow up. Thanks for your attentiveness.

Hi Todd - We just looked at the delivery information from USPS and it says it was delivered today at 1:21PM and was left with the individual. The tracking information indicates that USPS had previously attempted delivery but was unable to locate the recipient. Certified mail ensures the letter is received by the correct party so USPS will not deliver the letter unless they can be sure the letter will be delivered to the intended recipient. This process may introduce delays in the delivery if the recipient is not available. I've also sent this information with your tracking link to your email address. Thank you again for being a customer and please feel free to let us know if you have any questions. -- JusticeDirect Support [email protected]
