Easy to use and follow directions

JusticeDirect is an excellent service that makes it possible for "regular" folks to navigate the legal system if need be. It is very user friendly if you follow the directions! The reason for only 4 stars - 1. There was no actual signature on the return receipt for the letter their service delivered. 2. Once the Demand Letter is generated, you cannot make any additions/changes to it.

It was a good way to organize everything into an easily handled package. A little annoyed some costs I thought were included turned out to not be. What I thought was one transaction turned into three. But I still wouldn’t have wanted to do it without them.

The experience was helpful and almost seamless except scheduling a call is difficult to do. The calendar to schedule a call does not have many days or times available and you cannot simply call a number.
