I have used JFM for more than 12 years…
I have used JFM for more than 12 years have been mostly pleased, until about one year ago when I purchased a bad dye lot on three separate occasions. Therefore I now question JFM quality control. I also buy a color that is not very popular based on not finding it in Target, Walmart, or Albertsons. So I have bought it on Amazon, where I have received the bad dye lots, and JFM coupons cannot be applied on Amazon purchases.

I think the shampoo is excellent
I think the shampoo is excellent. I also use the beard wash but that's not as good

Excellent product except there is not…
Excellent product except there is not enough material in the tube to entirely cover the total area needed. Also improve the quality of the plastic gloves that come in each package.

The color looks good and it is easy…
The color looks good and it is easy enough to use. My main complain is that the beard color doesn't last even a week. The hair color seems to be much longer lasting.

The last improvements in the product…
