Diminishing Returns.
After using your product for almost 45 years, this is what I can tell you, pro's & cons. The product no longer lasts as long as it used to when first came on the market. The price has gone from around $6 to $12 in most places. Not sure if the ingredients changed but for the past few years it will slightly burn my skin causing redness. Never did that in the past.

Price has gone up beyond competitor…
Price has gone up beyond competitor prices and other products do as good as just for men. If given coupons or coupons code it would bring the prices back in line with competiors

The shampoo product to cover grey has…
The shampoo product to cover grey has been excellent over the years, but last one purchased did not work at all. Purchased the new larger size and received no results. Must be defective but do not know who to contact for a replacement.

Using the shampoo to reduce the amount…
Using the shampoo to reduce the amount of grey in my hair. Sometimes the color looks a bit purple when I first do it. After a bit of time it begins to look natural with some grey remaining. You need to be careful when using the product so that stray product does not get in places wher you don't want it such as on light color tile, counter tops, and light towels etc..
