Hi Gerald! While we do suggest a retail price, the retailer determines the actual selling price. We make every effort to keep prices down as much as possible. However, due to increases in production and distribution costs, sometimes it is necessary to reflect the increases in our suggested retail price. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. When you have a moment, please call us at 1-800-431-2610 so we can gather more details and better understand your experience.

Hi Rick! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the color didn’t last as long as expected. To help the color last longer, we recommend using a color-safe shampoo. To prevent staining, it’s best to avoid getting the dye on your skin. Applying a thin, even layer of petroleum jelly or conditioner along your hairline and neck can help protect those areas. For 1-Day Beard and Brow Color, the final texture depends on how much product is applied—less is more for the best results. When you have a moment, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-431-2610. We’d love the opportunity to speak with you and assist further!

Hi Chris! We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that Touch Of Gray did not meet your expectations. Touch Of Gray is designed to instantly blend away some gray, though not all of it. We hope you’ll give it another try for a more balanced salt & pepper look.
