Doesn't always work the same. A couple of times in the last 9 months it faded much more quickly than other times. Not sure if it is the delivery method.

It really does not cover the little hair around the end of the beard. Only in the area that is thicker hair.

The product caused a bad reaction on my scalp and after that I have been suffering with scalp problems ever since. So I quit using hair color totally now.

Basically I have given up on the beard coloring product. I've used it for quite a few years now, but somehow the product has changed and it causes tremendous rashes and open sores under my beard. I can't tell you why this happened, but I have switched to another brand which is NOT harsh on my skin at all, yet provides me the coloring I want.

I'm 70, have mostly gray hair but it was dark brown. I'm aiming for Light brown with gray, or a blondish-brown. I also have a mustache & goatee that should match. My problem is that if I use blonde, it comes out dark brown -- don't know why. If I use light brown, it comes out med brown. So the only way for me to get what I want is to cheat with light brown, but cut the time short -- and then it's uneven with dark brown and gray patches. Same thing on the beard products.

Touch of Gray is now “ Touch of Water”. Product quality is so light and does next to nothing. Bring back the original formula.

Been using product for years with much success. This past year something changed in the formula. Something has been deleted to make it more cost affective. The dye does not stay in anywhere as long as it use to. You can actually bare it begin to lose its new color within the first five days. I’ve tried 6 boxes as I was on automatic purchase with Amazon. The be noticed same thing with dawn dish detergent grease factor. They’ve depleted the grease breaking up ability that it use to have. I’m no longer purchasing either product.

I use the coloring agent for beards/moustaches. Pricey product comes in a limited color choices. Easy to mix and apply, but color fades very quickly.
