Your prices have increased by a lot since being with your insurance. I don't even feel free to visit or travel because of the prices. Feels like its not even my motor vehicle.

Hi Joseph. We're sorry you feel that way. Please look at monthly spending, not per-trip spending. If you drive less than average, you will find that we are significantly cheaper than our competitors.

I've had to call the customer service a few times and every time they were very nice and understanding they help me with my problem each time and it was done professionally and quickly and I like that.

This company has always responded timely I am unsure how accidentclaims will go hopefully I'll never know. I had issues with site twice couldn't open and or stalled pages even dropped web site that's why a 4 star rating. Thanks
