Mijn ouders hebben een grote bestelling geplaatst en betaald, maar na de 1e bevestiging niets meer gehoord. Ook op emails wordt niet gereageerd. Hopelijk helpt deze recensie om contact te krijgen.

I placed and paid for an order ten days ago but apart from a confirmation eMail have heard nothing from them since. I have sent several emails to them about the issue, but had zero feedback. It feels like they may have ceased trading.

My experience just mirrors many of the other customers awful experiences I assumed they were a genuine Pharmaceutical company I requsted copies of their research publications .Pathetic results.Dont think any of them were genuine. I think trading standards would be interested in their misleading adverts. After a number of emails I can only say that when someone uses the words " no way" in respect of a refund then this is an indication of a Mickey Mouse company.I judge they have a shed somewhere where they package bog standard supplements! They eventually refunded half of my £155 costs . Why not a full refund? Total SCAM

I note that Jupiter Labs keep saying they care about customer satisfaction but if they really did, let's face it, they would DO something about the problems people experience with their customer care. In my case, they said they would reimburse me if I returned all the bottles of Joint Fuel that I had received. Then when they had received them all, they said that I had kept one back. I most certainly did not! As said before, they kept back a large slice of the money that they had promised to refund. I paid £134.94 and they returned £86.95. And I had returned every last bottle to them. At the time, I gave them all the information they are now requesting, I even sent them a copy of the Certificate of Posting, showing the weight of the bottles returned, and sent several emails and letters to them. They refused point blank to return the rest of the money to me. I simply do not believe that if I send the information all over again that anything will come of it. And I certainly will never use this company again. For anything.

Ordered the product Follicle Fuel 2 months ago, despite various correspondence both ways assuring me that the order has been despatched.................nothing. The excuse of shipping delays due to Covid appears to be BS................SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!...Beware.

We ordered a turmeric product for £43. Fortunately the bank spotted that they'd taken £143 so stopped the transaction so we didn't lose anything. Thankyou Natwest. I shall say no more.

This FollicleFuel product had no effect on my scalp whatso ever after 4 weeks. I contacted the company and expressed a chance to see how I went with the 3 months supply I purchased from them. Trying to be fare with the product. They will not consider giving me a refund now I have given it a full chance to work. Writing back saying their sorry I'm still in pain. PAIN ???? They obviously didn't look at my e mails as they are responding to another product they are conning people to buy. The company and their products are useless. David W
