Mijn ouders hebben een grote bestelling geplaatst en betaald, maar na de 1e bevestiging niets meer gehoord. Ook op emails wordt niet gereageerd. Hopelijk helpt deze recensie om contact te krijgen.

Great customer service experience, thank you! I ordered too many bottles by accident and they were very quick to refund for the difference and fix the problem. I've been using JointFuel360 for about 5 years now and it has been a game changer for my arthritis pain.

I placed and paid for an order ten days ago but apart from a confirmation eMail have heard nothing from them since. I have sent several emails to them about the issue, but had zero feedback. It feels like they may have ceased trading.

I love JointFuel360! My daughter recommended these for me and I've been taking them for 6 months and have noticed great improvement in my mobility.

My experience just mirrors many of the other customers awful experiences I assumed they were a genuine Pharmaceutical company I requsted copies of their research publications .Pathetic results.Dont think any of them were genuine. I think trading standards would be interested in their misleading adverts. After a number of emails I can only say that when someone uses the words " no way" in respect of a refund then this is an indication of a Mickey Mouse company.I judge they have a shed somewhere where they package bog standard supplements! They eventually refunded half of my £155 costs . Why not a full refund? Total SCAM

Een eerdere bestelling van 1 potje ging goed, ontvangen. De bestelling nu van bij € 200 ging niet goed. Tot op heden niets ontvangen. Een mail gestuurd, hierop geen reactie gekregen. Gezien in de track & trace dat het wel bezorgd zou moeten zijn. Helaas, niet bij mij! Nu weer een mail gestuurd en wachten op een reactie. Ik heb goed nieuws Jupiter Labs heeft mij aangeboden geld terug of een nieuwe pakket voor het laatste heb ik gekozen. Zaterdag 25 mei werd het keurig afgeleverd. alle lof voor Jupiter Labs. 21-5-24 Er is reactie op de mail en gekozen om alsnog de producten te ontvangen. We wachten af.

I have used Joint Fuel daily for 2 years and would not give it up. Before I commenced taking it I was being troubled with joint pain in hips, ankles, elbows and wrists which has now gone. We have arthritis in our family. I did have one shipment of tablets go missing in the mail but these were replaced in full. In summary it is a great company and a great product!
