Junsun vend de bon appareils, quand ça marche c’est parfait, mais si il y a un problème, leur SAV est inexistant. J’ai reçu mon autoradio avec le mauvais câble, ils m’ont dit en avoir envoyé un autre, mais je n’ai jamais rien reçu et depuis ils m’ignorent totalement.

It has been over 20 days since I ordered and paid for a multimedia unit, yet I have received no genuine information or the product itself from this seller—only lies. Their nice-looking website misleads customers; they don't actually have the products in stock. A completely dishonest seller.

I purchased a Junsun V9 Plus (6GB + 128GB) directly from the official Junsun website for my Hyundai i20 2018. Unfortunately, the frame supplied with the radio does not fit my car correctly. The original air vents do not fit into the new frame, which means I cannot complete the installation properly. What I find completely unacceptable is the lack of customer support, especially after purchasing directly from the official website. I have tried contacting Junsun through every possible channel I could find, but I still haven’t received any proper response or assistance. I simply need someone from Junsun to look at the issue and help me find a solution. It is extremely frustrating to buy directly from the official website and then be completely ignored when there is a problem with the product received. I hope Junsun finally contacts me and helps resolve this issue.

Radio von Junsun bei Ali Express gekauft. Soweit gut, aber wehe du brauchst den Support. Das ganze wird beworben mit mit lebenslangen Updates und 36 monatiger Garantie. Da gibt es nichts dergleichen. Junsun Support sagt nicht bei uns gekauft, Ali Express schreibt man soll das bei einem Drittanbiieter prüfen lassen. Kann sich jeder selbst Gedanken machen was so ein Support wert ist.
