Junsun vend de bon appareils, quand ça marche c’est parfait, mais si il y a un problème, leur SAV est inexistant. J’ai reçu mon autoradio avec le mauvais câble, ils m’ont dit en avoir envoyé un autre, mais je n’ai jamais rien reçu et depuis ils m’ignorent totalement.

Bonjour La société GPS ACCESS m’a vendu un appareil Junsun Visiblement le même appareil que vous vendez sur AliExpress mais a un prix bien plus élevé cette société malfaisante n’apporte aucun conseil ni aide pour le montage après avoir revendu un appareil non adapté à mon véhicule. Ne laissez pas faire ce genre de Société elle discrédite votre produit Cordialement

I purchased a Junsun V9 Plus (6GB + 128GB) directly from the official Junsun website for my Hyundai i20 2018. Unfortunately, the frame supplied with the radio does not fit my car correctly. The original air vents do not fit into the new frame, which means I cannot complete the installation properly. What I find completely unacceptable is the lack of customer support, especially after purchasing directly from the official website. I have tried contacting Junsun through every possible channel I could find, but I still haven’t received any proper response or assistance. I simply need someone from Junsun to look at the issue and help me find a solution. It is extremely frustrating to buy directly from the official website and then be completely ignored when there is a problem with the product received. I hope Junsun finally contacts me and helps resolve this issue.

Après achat d'un écran X7, j'ai eu quelques soucis lors du montage, il m'ont toujours répondu et envoyé des liens pour résoudre ceux ci . Exemple : j'ai supprimé par erreur ZLINK (Android auto) ils ont envoyé rapidement un lien de téléchargement. Le poste fonctionne très bien. Ne pas oublier le décalage horaire de 8 heures avec la Chine pour avoir une réponse. Pour certain commentaires: soit: nul en bricolage, soit: de mauvaise foi, surtout pour les prix pratiqués. Pour les rageux: Achetez donc en France et faite le monter par un Pro et sortez le porte monnaie !!!
